4. Przebieg lekcji

a) Faza przygotowawcza

  1. Czynności organizacyjne.

  2. Nauczyciel pyta uczniów: Have you ever bought a faulty product? Have you ever made an official complaint?

  3. Uczniowie pracują w grupach. Zastanawiają się, jakie skargi mogą trafić do: dyrekcji hotelu, zarządzającego siecią internetową, telefoniczną, organizatora wycieczki, managera restauracji, właściciela sklepu (każda grupa zastanawia się nad jednym z wymienionych przypadków).

  4. Uczniowie prezentują swoje pomysły. Reszta klasy słucha i uzupełnia.

b) Faza realizacyjna

  1. Nauczyciel rozdaje karty pracy. Uczniowie czytają reklamę i zastanawiają się, w jaki sposób opisana tam restauracja mogła zawieść klienta (załącznik 1).

  4. Uczniowie ponownie czytają list i uzupełniają luki pasującymi tam wyrażeniami (załącznik 3).

  5. Nauczyciel podaje, pisząc na tablicy lub dyktując uczniom, wyrażenia przydatne do pisania listów z zażaleniem: Complaining: I am writing to complain about...I am sorry to inform you that...I was very disappointed with...I have some complaints about..., Requesting: I am writing for information about...I would like to learn/ know more about...I would like to ask whether/ if...I would be grateful if you could... Asking for particular actions: I would like to ask you for...I would suggest that you/ your company...I think that I can ask for some compensation….. In the light of the above, I would like to ask you for...

  6. Uczniowie robią ćwiczenie 4 z karty pracy – odgrywają role – jeden składa zażalenie, a drugi odgrywa rolę zarządzającego, który chce uspokoić klienta (załącznik 4). Po wykonaniu pierwszego zadania zamieniają się rolami.

c) Faza podsumowująca

Wybrane pary uczniów odgrywają swoje role. Reszta klasy słucha, poprawia i komentuje.
