Give It a Try!Have you ever been in the situation when you were standing in the middle of the shop and couldn’t remember what to buy?
I'm sure you have. That's why you should always write a shopping listshopping list! You can even do it in the notes app on your smartphone.
Dividing it into sections might help. For example, you can splitsplit food items into different categories such as fruit, where you may put peaches, apricotsapricots, pineapplespineapples, datesdates, limeslimes and plums. The next category can be vegetables such as tomatoes, auberginesaubergines, kalekale, broccolibroccoli, cauliflowercauliflower or parsleyparsley. Then you can create one more category for dairy productsdairy products, such as frozen dessertsfrozen desserts, cottage cheesecottage cheese, processed cheeseprocessed cheese, buttermilkbuttermilk, quarkquark, sour creamsour cream, whipped creamwhipped cream and yogurt. One cannot forget about dry foodsdry foods, where you can write down flour, sugar and pasta. And let's remember freshly made items from the bakery such as bread rollsbread rolls, bagelsbagels, doughnutsdoughnuts, cakes and croissants. Lastly, you can add a section for occasional treatstreats, such as ice cream or sweets.
In conclusion, it's convenientconvenient to have a list of all the things you need to buy to avoidavoid the stress of having to make a second trip to the store for something you have forgotten!
