GRAMATYKA
Czasownika to be (być) używamy, żeby powiedzieć kim ktoś jest, jaki/jaka jest lub ile ma lat. Najczęściej używamy skróconej formy czasownika, czyli: I am – I’m, he is – he’s, we are – we’re.
Przykłady:

Przeczenia z to be tworzymy poprzez dodanie not po am/is/are, czyli osoba + to be + not + reszta zdania. W tym przypadku również używamy skróconej formy czasownika: she is not – she isn’t, we are not – we aren’t.
