School LifeJulia
I go to schoolgo to school 5 days a week. I start at 8 o’clock. I need to be punctualpunctual and because my mom always takes me to school, I am on time.
My timetabletimetable is quite OK because I have about 6 classes. And of course, I have breaksbreaks. In my school, there is one 20‑minute lunch breaklunch break, but I don’t eat school lunches. I have my sandwiches. I have some extra activitiesextra activities such as Art and Chess classes. I love them!
There are some school rulesschool rules in my school. For example, we mustn’t cheatcheat on exams or skip classesskip classes. During lessons we must raise our handsraise our hands and not interruptinterrupt.
I finish my classes at about 2pm. Unfortunately, I have homework every day, so even at home I spend a lot of time learning.
Sophie
I go to school 6 days a week because I also have classes on Saturdays. School starts atSchool starts at 8:45 in the morning. I go to school by school bus, so I am never late for classlate for class. I usually have 7 classes a day.
In my school, we have two lunch breaks. I have lunchhave lunch at about 11. There is also one hour‑long break. Students can go outside and play on the school playgroundschool playground with their friends.
However, we still have school rules, even during breaks. We mustn’t run in the hallwaysrun in the hallways or scream and shoutscream and shout. We must walk and talk quietly. There is one very strictstrict rule: we can't skip classes. We also must wear uniformswear uniforms. I have a blue shirt or T‑shirt and a black skirt. I like it.
School finishes atSchool finishes at 3:15 p.m. I can’t wait for the summer breaksummer break. We are going to have a one‑and‑a-half‑month break!
