The best option is /cheaper / save money / expenses / luxurious
Unpleasant experience / basic rules / hygiene / you should avoid / you need
It is vital / well‑being / immune system / stress / health problems
If I don’t have much money to spend, the best option will be to go camping. Pitching a tent is much cheaper than staying in a luxurious hotel with an infinity pool and a spa. You can also cook your own food and save some money for other expenses in this way .
Food poisoning is a very unpleasant experience, especially when travelling. Some basic hygiene rules need to be kept to avoid it, e.g. you need to wash your hands before eating, wash and peel fruit, or avoid drinking tap water. You should also avoid very spicy food, especially if you are not used to it.
Relaxing is vital for our well‑being, both physical and mental. Our lives are full of stress, first due to our school assignments and exams, and later, our work. Not getting enough rest will surely lead to exhaustion and health problems, as our immune system stops working under prolonged stress.

Hi Susan,
How are you? I am terribly sorry I haven’t written for such a long time.
Guess what! My parents are planning a trip to the mountains. Yes! We are going there for a short holiday soon. They want to book a little cabin in the middle of the forest.
My parents chose this place because we will be cut off from the world for a couple of days. The cabin gives us the opportunity to immerse in nature: listen to the birds, breathe in the fresh air, and, if I’m lucky enough, see wild animals.
My parents have decided to take a train. It is convenient and quite fast. Besides, we can book a compartment well in advance to make sure we have the seats we want.
The only thing I fear is the weather in the mountains. It is very variable even in summer. Well, we will have to check the forecast each time we go hiking. I have been thinking about taking my hiking boots and a waterproof jacket.
