mention at least one immune system problem;
give advice on how to make your immune system work well.

Dodaj nowy wpis (100–150 wyrazów), a w nim wyjaśnij:
o czym był wykład;
która informacja była dla ciebie najbardziej interesująca i dlaczego;
jaki może być przynajmniej jeden problem związany z systemem odpornościowym;

Hi folks,
I want to tell you about a lecture I attended two weeks ago.
Its subject was how our immune system helps the body fight diseases and how to strengthen it. The professor explained the process of activating the inflammatory response and the role that different organs play in it.
I was stunned to learn that 70‑80% of our immune system is in our gut which helps to get rid of germs. That's why it's important to eat probiotic‑rich foods like kefir. It brings the balance back after a bacterial infection.
Sometimes, our immune system doesn’t work properly because it targets healthy cells rather than foreign pathogens. In other situations, when we misuse antibiotics, we may develop antibiotic resistance and then the medications don’t work.
There are many ways to boost our immune system, for example by eating right, exercising and taking vaccines. It is also good to receive enough rest and to avoid stressful situations. I hope this information was helpful.
