If you are planning to study at a university, you’ve probably started prioritising, so spending more time and effort on subjects that will be the most useful for you. To help you organise your thoughts, your teacher asked you to write down what subjects you enjoy and why. You also need to explain how these subjects are going to prepare you for university. I would like to study medicine so I need to focus on several subjects: Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. All of these are experimental subjects, which is great, but my favourite is Chemistry. It is usually fun to learn because of all the fascinating experiments that can be done. Biology is great too, especially since I have a very dedicated teacher who can make even the lifecycle of an amoeba sound interesting. Although I must admit that some of the things we have to learn about are quite disturbing - those horrible parasites, for example! I hope I won’t need to go back to those classes any time soon. Now, Physics is a bit of a problem for me. I find it really challenging, so I joined a study group for it and I’m taking some additional classes with a tutor. All of these subjects are very important for medical students because they are basic knowledge in medicine.

Hello everyone!

I decided to write this post because I wanted to tell you about my favourite school subjects. I have written about my love for visiting museums several times already, so as you may guess, my favourite class is Arts.

Furthermore, I really enjoy drawing and painting. Not to add how great my teacher is! She is an artist herself and she understands how important it is to have inspiration. She's a huge reason why I love this class.

However, there are some things I don't exactly like. For example, painting still life – I can never get the proportions right!
