Raise awareness about pay disparity, it concerns everyone, need to counteract, call to action, personally I’d/wouldn’t choose/go for/opt for, it’s more striking/convincing/telling/shocking 

I would definitely choose poster B because it’s much more striking. It visualises very well how much a woman loses every month and the information is shocking. I believe such charts make people realise what the wage gap really means, so they might want to learn more. Poster A, on the other hand, is almost funny. The money has wings and is flying away. But we can ‘wave goodbye’ to money for many reasons: because we spend it unwisely or don’t want to take overtime. Plus it doesn’t show that it concerns everyone, so people might ignore it.

Taking into consideration, pursuing male dominated professions, empowering women/encouraging women to…, in my opinion/view, the way I see it, it might depend on…, it seems to be easy/difficult/early stages/impossible/unfair, wage disparity/gap still exists, … could be a problem, 

One hundred years ago, male and female roles were very different. Having a career was rare for a woman. Since then, women have started working and today, they are pursuing male dominated professions. Their career prospects might be decent, however, women should expect some social bias.

As far as career prospects are concerned, it seems that they are decent, but depend on the field. On the one hand, STEM programs for women seek to empower women and promote pursuing STEM careers. There are more women scientists. Business, on the other hand, still seems to have a glass ceiling preventing women from getting parity on the boards of huge companies. Businessmen from older generations might be less willing to promote women.

Financial gains, however, are more problematic. While a female scientist or financial tycoon might be respected by peers from her field, earning the same salary might not be possible. Scientific institutions who are publically or government funded might have more pay transparency, which might lead to pay equity. Huge corporations, however, have salary ranges and statistics show that a woman should expect to be paid less.

To sum up, when considering a career in a male dominated profession, a woman should consider her career and financial prospects. She might achieve professional success and be paid fairly, however if she is business‑oriented, she might become a victim of the glass ceiling and wage gap.
