You’ve been preparing for a triathlon for a few weeks now. Write an email about it to a friend from England in which you:
explain what you value in sports and why you have chosen triathlon;
mention what triathlon consists of and if it is an easy sports discipline;
describe your training and how you find it;
find out whether your friend would be interested in participating in triathlon.
Your answer should be 100–150 words long.
