The Lure of Shopping
Societies have always loved hunting for bargains, no matter if doing the shopping online or in regular shops. While searching for attractive deals, be aware of lures that retailers use to make you get a ton of redundant items.
Both types of shops offer various types of strategies to encourage us to buy the products, like promo codes or vouchers. It seems online shops are much quicker in presenting such bonuses, although some people appreciate the pleasure of promotions offered by sellers in traditional shops.
On balance, I prefer to use online shopping when it comes to more costly shopping (e.g. electronics). I like to compare prices first and choose the best deal with a trustworthy online shop. But for everyday shopping, I always go for traditional shops. I just like to see the thing I buy myself, no matter how much I can save buying online!
All in all, no matter where you buy the items, use your common sense. Buy what you need and avoid impulsive buy. Do not let yourself fall for the retailers' hacks.
