I wanted to ask you for a big favour — would you be my exercise buddy? I have just come home from my workout and I’m not feeling great. My trainer said that it might be a problem with my motivation, so finding someone to work out with could help.
My workout routine is quite ambitious. I start with some warm‑up — light stretches, running in place and so on. I normally spend 10‑15 minutes on that.
Then, in the main part, I usually go for a few series of sit‑ups, push‑ups and pull‑ups, followed by step‑ups and squats. I work out 4 times a week for 2 hours.
As I said, it’s quite a lot, but I know you work out regularly, so maybe we could do it together? On Skype maybe? It would be great and it would help me feel more accountable.

How's it going everyone?
Today I'm going to talk about exercising or, to be more precise, running, since that's what's helped me a ton lately.
About 3 months ago I was feeling really bad. And so I sat down and thought to myself, what can I do about it? Start exercising maybe? Yeah, why not, actually.
So, for the past 3 months I was running every single day. And yes, at first I felt like spitting my lungs out, but about 2 weeks in I was feeling a lot better. I lost some unnecessary weight and got more fit. It became a lot easier going up stairs certainly.
I can recommend running to everyone. It does wonders at relieving stress. If you get stressed often, how about you start running from time to time?
