Hi Mary,

How are you? I hope you’re fine. You asked me about the ebook I’ve had for some time.

I have always been a bookworm. At some point I collected so many of them that there wasn't enough space on the shelves for more. I decided to get an ebook. I searched for the device at a reasonable price and bought one on the internet.

What I value the most about ebooks is that they are eco‑friendly. Due to this device the number of trees cut is reduced. Moreover, your carbon footprint is minimised as no shipping is necessary.

However, you must be aware of the fact that reading ebooks hugely affects our sight. You can enlarge the font size, but still, looking at the screen for many hours can worsen your sight.

Perhaps that's one of the reasons I believe paper books won’t be replaced by ebooks. Many readers love the smell and feel of paper versions. Besides, some people keep their books as sentimental gifts.
