Is it, however, truly possible to share a job with a different worker? What can you do to make something that appears good on paper work in practice?

Job sharing is an interesting choice for workers who want to reduce their hours to spend more time at home, or who just want less responsibility without quittingquitting [quit]quitting entirely. 1) ___.
