Being a  professionalprofessionalprofessional athleteathleteathlete is a tough process. Of course, the majority of them start their careers in an amateuramateuramateur club. If they stand outstand outstand out, they are spotted by professional teams, and this way they have the chance of becoming professionals.

However, this wasn’t the case for Jamie Vardy. He dreamt of becoming a professional football player from a very young age, but when he was a teenager, he was kicked out of the youth academy of a football club. Life wasn’t easy for Vardy at that time. He had to work in a factory to get by, and he had problems in his personal life. But football was his passion, and he continued playing for the 7th leagueleagueleague club Stocksbridge Park Steels.

Whether you call it luck or skill, Vardy managed to do whatever it takes to be a good footballer. He scoredscored [score]scored 66 goals in 107 games for Stocksbridge. After that, many teams saw his skill. When he was 25 years old, he was recruited by Leicester City.
