Marzena Pepłowska, Justyna Płachta My First Flat

I remember my first flat. It was a studiostudiostudio. It wasn’t spacious but it was beautiful. There was a cosy tiny purple sofa in the living room (which was also my bedroom). There were two chairs so I was even able to invite someone over. There was also a comfortable orange armchair that I loved spending time in.

There weren’t many things in the kitchen. My friends were shocked that there wasn’t any dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster or a deep fryerdeep fryerdeep fryer. But at least there were the things that I needed – a kettle, a fridge, a blender and a cooker with a hoodhood hood. Just after moving in there I got two presents for my housewarming party – a food processorfood processorfood processor and a slow cookerslow cookerslow cooker. I was very happy to get them because from that moment on I could prepare all those healthy meals that everybody loved. In the mornings, using my new spatulaspatula spatula, I cooked omelettes with lots of vegetables, which then I ate in the breakfast nookbreakfast nook breakfast nook in the kitchen. I also made delicious casseroles in a casserole dishcasserole dishcasserole dish for dinners with friends.

I guess that without that flat, I wouldn’t have started my career as a chefchef chef.
