Last week I discovered two new places where you can have something good to eat in our town, and I would like to write something about them here.
I learnt about both of these new places from my friend, Josh, who regularly eats out. His recommendation was enough to make me want to go and check them out for myself.
The decor in the first place, a casual dining restaurant called Mary’s Garden, focused on the theme of a green garden, with one wall of live plants hanging from the ceiling to the floor. The other place, a coffee bar, had a very modern feel, as everything inside was black or metallic. In both places, you could feel this special ambiance.
I liked the casual dining more, because we could talk more easily, with some soft music in the background, and the food was really diverse there.
The experience was so interesting that I’ve decided to continue exploring new eateries in our town. Next week, I’m going to visit a contemporary casual restaurant!
