In my opinion, one of the biggest advantages of food trucks is that you can try some unusual food there and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The other advantage is that the food is so diverse that anyone will find something for themselves.
I wouldn’t like to work in a food truck because the area is quite constrained and I prefer to work at a desk in front of a computer. I also think that being a chef or a helper in a food truck can be quite exhausting.
Starting my own food truck business would be a good idea because the launch costs are not that high and the business doesn’t seem to be so risky because you don’t need a lot of staff. It’s also a good opportunity to have the freedom to choose what food you want to sell.

introduce your idea of running a food truck and describe the advantages of it;

Hello!

I would like to take part in a competition to start my own business and I need some help. The winners get some money to put the idea into practice.

My idea is to start a food truck. I would like to sell personalised burgers. There are many advantages of running a food truck. It could be fun and the business is not so risky.

We could use the money to buy an outdated van and some kitchen equipment. This would be a good idea for our local community because we could drive the van to local events and sell the food there. It would encourage more social interaction among our community.
