How are you? Recently, I attended a meeting with a real estate agent and I learnt so many useful things that I find worth sharing with you.

If you are looking for a house to buy (or sell), a real estate agent will surely help you get the best one for you. Their job is to view the property you are interested in. They estimate its market value and sometimes even arrange a mortgage for you.

There are some issues everybody should investigate deeply before buying a house. First of all, make sure there are no hidden defects. Occasionally, people intend to hide some unpleasant cases, such as mould or cracks in the foundations.

The real estate agent might disclose them. That will surely prevent you from paying a lot of money from fixing them up or arranging specialists to do it.

I’ve always wanted to live in the penthouse. It must be a fantastic experience to stay on the top floor of a building with a huge garden behind the balcony door under the stars… wonderful!
