You have recently watched a documentary about the civil rights movement in the US. Write an email to your friend to share your findings. In your email:
explain when the main events of the movement happened;
describe how black people were discriminated against in the US in the mid‑20th century;
mention 2 activists of the movement and their achievements;
describe your feelings about the situation of people of colour in the USA.
Your email should be 100–150 words long.
