You are living with a roommate from England. You will not be able to buy stationery today because you will be at work all day, but you will need it when you get home. Write a short email (100–150 words) to your roommate in which you:

  •  ask your friend to buy some supplies for you and explain why you can’t do it yourself;

  •  mention what you need the items for;

  •  suggest spending time together and offer some activities;

  •  thank your friend for the favour.
