The ability of people to communicate with one another and the transmission of data and information are called communicationcommunicationcommunication. In order to communicate, a sendersendersender and a receiverreceiverreceiver are needed.
Verbal communication takes place when we convey information by using words, or simply talk. When words are replaced with gestures, images or sounds, then we deal with non‑verbal communicationcommunicationcommunication.
In terms of the location of communicating people we can divide communicationcommunicationcommunication into:
direct communication - the communication participants are in one place,
indirect communication - the communication participants make use of communication media (letters, telephone, the Internet) which are used by the groups of people who want to communicate over a distance.

Look at the pictograms in the illustration. On the Internet find information which will help you create a timeline. Place on it the elements of the interactive illustration. If it is possible, try to include dates (even approximate, i.e. the 1970s).
