In this section, you are going to familiarise yourself with various everyday dialogues between customers and supermarket workers. Such places are sometimes full of shoppers, some of whom may be real troublemakers. Have you ever had any problems as a customer? Have you ever needed to ask a shop assistant for help? If yes, think about what kind of situations these were?
