Hi there,
To my mind, Scrooge deserved full redemption. After his transformation, he worked hard to help others. Don’t forget that he was the one who rescued Tiny Tim. Better late than never, as they say.
Cheers

Hi there,
To my mind, there is no chance for someone like Scrooge for full redemption. It cannot be that you are a miser all your life and a pain in everybody’s neck, while out of the blue, you turn into a completely different person. Everybody must pay for their wrongdoings!
Cheers

Can a Miser Turn Into an Angel?
“Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens is the story of Scrooge, who hates everything except for his money. He is unbearably grumpy and mean. Until one night…
The night before Christmas Scrooge is visited by his dead business partner Marley, a condemned ghost, who was as greedy as Scrooge during his lifetime. He wants to convince his still‑alive partner to change and rescue his soul. Then, the three other ghosts come to teach Scrooge a lesson. The Ghost of Christmas Past reminds him of his past and his great love, Belle. The Ghost of Present Christmas makes it clear how badly the poor are treated. There is also Tiny Tim, who will die without medical care. The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come shows Scrooge his tragic future. That shocking experience forces him to think about how to avoid that terrible fate.
To me, Scrooge deserves full redemption. When he wakes up on Christmas morning, he seems to be a totally different man. He gets gifts and food for the family, and provides Tiny Tim with medical treatment. It would be unfair not to forgive someone who simply forgot how to enjoy life and love others. There must have been difficult experiences that made him mean and cold‑hearted.
So if you don't believe that a miser can turn into an angel, look at Scrooge whose heart finally reopens. It is better late than never, as they say…
